Sirloin Steak

 

Serving: 3 / Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients

  • 8 ounce of beef sirloin steak, trimmed and fat removed, cut into medium sized cubes
  • ½ a cup of red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup of tomatoes, chopped
  • ¾ cup of fat-free cheddar, grated
  • 2 tablespoon of coconut cream
  • 7 tablespoon of salsa
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth

How To

  1. Set your pot to Sauté mode
  2. Add oil and allow the oil to heat up
  3. Add steak cubes and stir fry them for 3 minutes until brown
  4. Add onions, tomatoes, cream, broth and toss well
  5. Lock up the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 7 minutes
  6. Release the pressure naturally over 10 minutes
  7. Divide into bowls and sprinkle cheese, salsa, cilantro on top
  8. Serve and enjoy!
