Sirloin Steak
Serving: 3 / Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 8 ounce of beef sirloin steak, trimmed and fat removed, cut into medium sized cubes
- ½ a cup of red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup of tomatoes, chopped
- ¾ cup of fat-free cheddar, grated
- 2 tablespoon of coconut cream
- 7 tablespoon of salsa
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
How To
- Set your pot to Sauté mode
- Add oil and allow the oil to heat up
- Add steak cubes and stir fry them for 3 minutes until brown
- Add onions, tomatoes, cream, broth and toss well
- Lock up the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 7 minutes
- Release the pressure naturally over 10 minutes
- Divide into bowls and sprinkle cheese, salsa, cilantro on top
- Serve and enjoy!
