Lemon and Olive Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breast, bones, and skin removed
· ½ teaspoon cumin
· ½ teaspoon black pepper
· 1 teaspoon salt
· ½ cup butter, melted
· Juice of 1 lemon
· 1 cup chicken broth
· 1 can pit green olives
How To
- Take a bowl and add chicken
- Season with cumin, pepper, and salt
- Set your pot to Sauté mode and add chicken breast and butter
- Brown all side for 3 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients and lock lid
- Cook on POULTRY mode for 10 minutes
- Quick-release the pressure
- Serve and enjoy!
