BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

2 pounds of chicken breast
· ½ cup of water
· 2-3 large potatoes
· 1 large, red onion, sliced
· 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
· 1 cup BBQ sauce
· 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

How To

  1. Add all the ingredients in the instant pot.
  2. Seal the lid and select Poultry mode.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, allow quick release pressure to vent the steam for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid and shred the chicken with 2 forks.
  6. Stir the sauce well to simmer the shredded chicken into it.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
