BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
2 pounds of chicken breast
· ½ cup of water
· 2-3 large potatoes
· 1 large, red onion, sliced
· 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
· 1 cup BBQ sauce
· 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
How To
- Add all the ingredients in the instant pot.
- Seal the lid and select Poultry mode.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, allow quick release pressure to vent the steam for 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and shred the chicken with 2 forks.
- Stir the sauce well to simmer the shredded chicken into it.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
