Caribbean Chicken Dish

Serves: 4 / Prep Time: 5 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

4 pieces of chicken breast
· 14 ounces of mango chunky salsa
· 1 piece of fresh mango
· Jamaican hot sauce
· Salt as needed

How To

  1. Add a cup of water to the pot
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt
  3. Place a steamer rack on top of your pot and add the chicken breast
  4. Top the chicken breasts with Salsa
  5. Lock up the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes
  6. Release the pressure naturally and remove the chicken and shred it
  7. Drain the liquid from the pot and transfer the chicken back to your pot (with no steamer this time)
  8. Add hot sauce and shredded chicken
  9. Dice the mango and add it to the pot
  10. Serve and enjoy!
