Caribbean Chicken Dish
Serves: 4 / Prep Time: 5 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
4 pieces of chicken breast
· 14 ounces of mango chunky salsa
· 1 piece of fresh mango
· Jamaican hot sauce
· Salt as needed
How To
- Add a cup of water to the pot
- Season the chicken breast with salt
- Place a steamer rack on top of your pot and add the chicken breast
- Top the chicken breasts with Salsa
- Lock up the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes
- Release the pressure naturally and remove the chicken and shred it
- Drain the liquid from the pot and transfer the chicken back to your pot (with no steamer this time)
- Add hot sauce and shredded chicken
- Dice the mango and add it to the pot
- Serve and enjoy!
