Ham And Cabbage Bowl
Serving: 6 / Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes Ingredients 1 cabbage, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 2 small carrots, chopped 2 cups lean ham, diced 2 bay leaves 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon garlic, granulated 1 tablespoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 6 cups chicken stock Parmesan cheese for serving How To
- Chop up the cabbage, red bell pepper, onion, ham, and carrots
- Add the onion, cabbage, and red bell pepper to the Instant Pot
- Add chopped ham, carrots alongside bay leaves
- Sprinkle seasoned salt on top, all-purpose flour, dried parsley, and granulated garlic, black pepper and chicken stock
- Lock up the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes
- Release the pressure naturally over 10 minutes
- Serve hot with grated parmesan on top
